Returns Policy

1. Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original condition.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition as received
- Items with tags must still have tags attached
- The item must not have been worn, washed, or altered
- Mystery Box items are eligible for return under the same conditions
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Items with custom namesets or patches applied after purchase at customer request
- Items returned after the 14-day window
- Items not in their original condition
4. How to Request a Return
- Log in to your account and navigate to Orders
- Select the order and click "Request Return"
- Select the items you wish to return and provide a reason
- Our team will review your request within 2 business days
Guest orders: use the returns form on our website with your order number and email.
5. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method
- Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
- Partial refunds may be issued for items not in original condition
7. Exchanges
Due to stock availability, direct exchanges are not always possible. Please return the item and place a new order.
